Car Seat Sun Protection

I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent purchase I made on your website.
First, the package arrived with what appeared to be wool thread as wrapping, it seemed unprofessional, but it’s okay i didn’t order that wrapping.
Moving on to the car seat sun protection itself looked promising. It had a nice, lightweight material. However, upon opening it, I was hit with a such a horrible odor. Unfortunately, there were no washing instructions included either with the product or on your website, so I cautiously washed it on a low temperature for a short cycle. To my dismay, I discovered afterwards that the cover isn't machine washable.
This entire experience has left me feeling quite disappointed and decided that i will never buy anything from your website again. The lack of care in packaging, the unpleasant smell, and the missing washing instructions all point to a lack of attention to detail.
